The Night of Jumu’ah and the Possibility of Laylatul Qadr

Hafiz Ibn Rajab (rahimahullah) cited this as the statement of Abul Muzaffar Yahya ibn Muhammad ibn Hubayrah (rahimahullah), who passed away in the year 560 AH. Ibn Hubayrah (rahimahullah) said: “If the night of Jumu’ah coincides with one of the odd nights of the last ten nights, there is greater hope that it may be Laylatul Qadr.” (Lataiful Ma’arif, pg. 358) And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
